Fraud Reports
Any report of suspected insurance fraud will be taken seriously.  Before we investigate any allegation, we will contact several parties in order to verify the claim without disclosing the reporting person's identity.  If a claim has reasonable proof, we will investigate with the approval of the insurance carrier.  Please note that Carmona & Associates is not legally able to provide you with the results of any investigation without the consent of the insurance carrier.
